The 10th World Congress of the Econometric Society will be held in Shanghai from 17th to 21st August 2010. It is hosted by Shanghai Jiao Tong University in cooperation with Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Fudan University, China Europe International Business School and the Chinese Association of Quantitative Economics. The World Congress of the Econometric Society is the most prestigious international conference in the field of economics. The previous nine Congresses were held in Rome (1965), Cambridge UK (1970), Toronto (1975), Aix-en-Provence (1980), Cambridge USA (1985), Barcelona (1990), Tokyo (1995), Seattle (2000) and London (2005). |
